Except as expressly provided for in the Agreement, ClimaTrust does not make and expressly disclaims to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law (a) any warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular use, title, noninfringement, or error-free or uninterrupted use of the Services or Software and (b) any representations about content or information accessible through the Services.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
ClimaTrust designs and builds services that help you connect and import your environmental data regardless of manufacturer. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your access and use of the ClimaTrust Connect Service. The “ClimaTrust Connect Service” includes our applications, software, websites, APIs, products, and services.
You must accept these Terms to create a ClimaTrust account and to access or use the ClimaTrust Connect Service. If you do not have an account, you accept these Terms by using any part of the ClimaTrust Service. If you do not accept these terms, do not create an account or use the ClimaTrust Connect Service.
Your use of ClimaTrust API are subject to additional terms and conditions, which are incorporated into these Terms:
TERMS FOR PAID SERVICES
These ClimaTrust Terms for Paid Services (the “Paid Service Terms”) apply to your purchase and use of any paid ClimaTrust services, including automatically renewing subscription services such as fenvironmental data connector programs (“Programs”), and one-time purchases (collectively the “Paid Services”). These Paid Service Terms only apply to services we offer for purchase, and do not apply to the sale of any physical goods (“Products”).
